A
new, quick, and exciting Bible Studytargeted
toward those who are already “saved Christians” or someone needing
salvation. Designed with a running commentary that explains each
scripture, one can easily teach this Bible Study with the confidence
of a learned instructor. With its easy self-teaching format, you
can mail this
to a friend or leave it with a prospect if you cannot teach it in
person. The “line upon line” teaching method is used where you move
from one scripture to another and build block by block our salvation
message.
Part One
lays the groundwork that the Bible is
the final source of authority and teaches how to discern between
truth and error. It goes on to establish that there was only one
church founded in the New Testament and that Peter would be the man
who would give us the plan of salvation.
Part Two
clearly explains the original plan of
salvation with historical background. Following the salvation
experiences of those saved through the book of Acts provides
repetition which emphasizes the importance of this wonderful truth.
When they finish with this Bible study, they will have no doubt
about what they must do to be scripturally saved
We have found
The Way
More Perfectly
to be very successful when your prospect
is limited for
time. There is enough depth to satisfy the intellectual Bible
scholar and yet it moves quickly enough to keep the interest of
those who are not versed in scripture. You will enjoy
this fresh, informative approach. Ministers have enjoyed the new
insights they have gleaned from the parabolic illustrations
explaining spiritual truths. Some pastors in older churches
have taught this Bible study to their saints to share a new
perspective of the apostles’ doctrine.
We have built
our church using
The Way More Perfectlyas our primary follow-up visitation
tool. We have won three medical doctors, an Army colonel, drug
addicts—all types of people using this study. For prospects that
know the Word and do not desire a long Bible study, this booklet
will guide them into all the truth quickly and perfectly.

Doctors D & S.
We were attending a charismatic church where our
children were going to their private school. One Sunday,
on our way to church, we felt led by the Spirit to get
on I-85 and go north. We saw New Testament Christian
Center (NTCC) and came for a visit. Pastor Mitchell
followed up with a visit to our home and introduced
The Way More Perfectly. At that time it
was about half completed. When he got to John 3:5, he
prayed in his heart and asked God to help him relate the
gospel to us medically using a parable-type
illustration. Immediately he felt led to say that
natural birth and spiritual birth were very similar. Not
knowing just where this would lead, he proceeded to ask
us about the birth process. I am an Internist and my
wife is a Pediatrician specializing in G.I. tract
disorders, so this was natural for us. The first step of
pain, blood, toil and tears was compared to the struggle
of repentance and the blood of Jesus covering our sins.
The next step was about the breaking of the water and
the baby passing through it. That was compared to
baptism. Then Pastor Mitchell asked if the next step was
to make sure the heart was beating. Sesi informed him
that she looked for different evidence—the loud cry of
life. Successful birth depended on all the air passages
being clear and the wind getting into the lungs. The
pastor compared that to a person being born again as the
wind of the Holy Ghost enters in and he/she begins
speaking in tongues. We perfectly understood this
illustration and in the next few weeks we both were
baptized in Jesus Name and received the Holy Ghost.
Pastor Mitchell now uses that illustration in
The Way More Perfectly . (See the
excerpts below.)
Lee & Johnnie.
When Pastor Mitchell first saw me, I was in
the hospital with a stroke. The right side of my face and
body drooped. I was devastated because my husband and I were
gospel singers. Our daughter was going to NTCC and she had
asked the pastor to visit me. When I got out of the hospital
he came to our home and taught us The Way More
Perfectly. In a few weeks, I started
attending and was baptized and received the Holy Ghost. Our
marriage was going through a difficult time because our
teenage children were giving us a lot of trouble. Through
the constant visits of Pastor Mitchell re-teaching
The Way More Perfectly , Johnnie saw the light of
truth and was saved a few months later. Today we are in the
church. I have been completely healed and am now singing in
the ladies group. My husband got the job of his dreams
and—what more can I say? God has been so good to us!
Kendra. I was
a 25-year-old worldly-wise single young lady who did not get
along with my parents. I considered myself a Christian,
having toured Mexico with the Covenant Players worldwide
drama team. In the process of time I became disillusioned
and bored with churches and entered the party scene. After a
few years of drinking and running from bad relationships I
returned to Montgomery with nothing to my name but my
clothes and a few meager possessions. I sank so low that I
attempted to take my life, not once, but several times. Then
a friend invited me to NTCC. I was given The Way
More Perfectly to read. This was quite different
from what I had been taught in the church I was raised in.
It wasn’t long before I got baptized and was filled with the
Holy Ghost. That was nine years ago and I am still
Spirit-filled and living a victorious life for His glory.
Rev. Jay Dameron.
I work with inmates in the Georgia Department
of Corrections. Some I have been able to meet, while others
I have only corresponded with through the mail. Since
The Way More Perfectly is self-taught, it
works well in this situation. Here are some excerpts from
their letters. “This is the best and most direct Bible study
I have ever taken.” “I don’t have any questions because it
is so well explained.” Another wrote, “As soon as I can, I
need to be baptized. I understand now that it takes more
than shaking a preacher’s hand.” Several wrote, “Please pray
for me that I can receive the baptism of the Holy Ghost.”
T.K., a former minister who graduated from New Orleans
Seminary with a Master’s degree and pastored in 4 southern
states wrote, “I’ve always known about Jesus name baptism
but I was taught that it and the Trinity were the same. Now
I know there is a difference.” [If you have someone

Denominational Pastor
. I was hired by a certain church organization to come to
the United States and start Spanish churches. Currently, I
am pasturing two congregations that I am birthing out of two
large assemblies. Even though I graduated from their
seminary, and with my grandfather being an ordained preacher
with them for all these years, I have wondered deep down if
there was more than what I had. A company Pastor Mitchell
owned came and worked in my home. The worker shared some
truth with me and as a result, Pastor Mitchell came and
taught me The Way More Perfectly. When he
finished teaching about Cornelius, I asked if I could get
the Holy Ghost right then. We immediately went into prayer
and I was filled. For several hours I lay flat on my back
speaking in tongues. When I finished, Pastor Mitchell
baptized me in that precious name of Jesus. I no longer
question whether I am saved. I know that I am because I have
the witness inside. [ The Way More Perfectly
is currently being translated into Spanish and will
be ready by the end of 2005.]
Currently
teaching The Way More Perfectly to an
entire denominational church. Will give you the update as it
happens.
